Exhibit Bridge ("we", "us") operates a matchmaking service that connects trade show exhibitors with vetted booth builders. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.

Brief details you submit: contact name, email, phone (optional), company, event/show, dates, city, booth size, services needed, and approximate budget.
Partner applications: company info, service area, booth types, contact details.
Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics.

3. How we use your information

To match exhibitors with relevant booth builders in our network.
To respond to your inquiry and follow up on your matches.
To send you transactional emails about your request.
To improve our directory, matching algorithm, and website.

4. Who we share your information with

When you submit a brief, we share relevant details (event, booth size, budget, contact info) with up to a small number of matched booth builders so they can prepare a proposal. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your contact information with builders outside your specific match. We may use service providers (hosting, analytics, email delivery) bound by confidentiality agreements.

5. Data retention

We retain submitted briefs for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@exhibitbridge.com.

7. Cookies

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for site functionality and aggregated analytics. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.
