By using exhibitbridge.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Exhibit Bridge introduces trade show exhibitors to vetted booth builders. We are not a booth builder ourselves and do not manufacture, ship, or install booths. Any contract for goods or services is solely between you and the builder you choose to engage.

Pricing ranges, lead times, and show details displayed on the Service are estimates compiled from public sources and partner data. They are informational only and not a binding offer. Verify all specifics directly with the builder and the show organizer before committing.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any company you list on a brief or partner application.

• Do not submit false, misleading, or third-party information without consent.
• Do not use the Service to harvest contact details or for competing matchmaking.
• Do not attempt to bypass technical restrictions or access non-public areas.

All content, branding, and software on the Service are owned by Exhibit Bridge or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without permission.

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exhibit Bridge disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or any engagement with a booth builder.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Exhibit Bridge is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
